A constellation reveals unseen dynamics and hidden patterns that are causing you suffering
so that we can resolve them - and you can be free, happy and at peace in your life now.
Did an ancestor participate in war, emigrate or suffer an injustice?
Was someone excluded from the family - treated as the “black sheep”?
Did anyone die young?
Did an ancestor die in childbirth?

These unresolved traumas can be passed on from our parents and ancestors.
As a child, out of blind love and loyalty to those who came before, we can unconsciously take them on.

How do Family Constellations work?
A Constellation is a beautiful way to connect with your Family Soul - a consciousness that includes everyone living, dead and unborn in your family system. This methodology is powerful and effective because it isn’t done with the mind - it works on a much deeper level.
A constellation reveals the unseen and hidden forces in your family system - relationships, entanglements and connections between parts of the system that we normally wouldn’t be aware of because they’d remain unconscious.
By bringing these dynamics into your conscious awareness, a constellation helps you to create a new picture at the soul level - creating healing, resolution and a newfound sense of freedom.
You get to leave what belongs to your ancestors with them, opening up space in your life and allowing you to receive all the strength and love that flows forward from previous generations to you.

Bert Hellinger, a German therapist and former Catholic priest, is the creator of Systemic and Family Constellations.
Through thousands of Family Constellations, he observed that the Knowing Field (also called the Morphogenetic Field or simply The Field) reveals the energies - the blocks, limitations and imbalances - present within a family.
He discovered the universal laws - the “orders of love” - which operate in every family system. And he developed this methodology to bring balance back to a family system, as well as to an individual's life.
I offer Family Constellations in private sessions and in group circles and workshops.

Private Constellations
Free yourself from the unwanted patterns, behaviors and issues that you haven’t been able to resolve - in depth, in privacy.
Offered online & in person.
In a one-on-one session, you can look at the problem that is most pressing in your life right now - any issue that disrupts your sense of peace or well-being. For example, with your health, career, relationship, finances, outlook on life or an unwanted pattern.
We’ll use figurines as tools to represent certain members of your family system or aspects of the issue. You’ll place them according to your intuition, creating an image of your Family Soul. This allows us to see the dynamics at play and resolve them, creating an opening for you.
Held online via Zoom or in person, one-on-one sessions are especially helpful if you feel most comfortable working alone vs. in a group, appreciate having private, focused time to address your issue or you have a few issues to address over several sessions.
