About Your Hosts
Julie and Russ were guided to Taos, NM after a 5-year Spirit Journey which took us to sacred sites and expansive experiences across the planet, engaging in our own deep healing work as well as working ceremonially with a variety of plant medicines in Mexico and South America.
Since landing in New Mexico in 2019, Julie has completed hundreds of hours of multidisciplinary training and practice in trauma-informed somatic coaching, sexual healing, family & ancestral healing, and energy healing - all of which inform her guidance of retreat guests.
Julie and Russ have been strongly influenced by their personal journeys with the sacred medicines and are deeply grateful to get to share the medicine of our Mother Earth with others who desire to heal, connect and expand.
