We all grew up doing our best to fit in.

After all, if we didn’t belong in our families - if they didn’t feed and shelter us - we could die.

So, most of us are showing up in the world as a somewhat restricted, small version of ourselves.

This isn’t conscious. We follow an inner urge to behave in a way that’s acceptable to other people and ensure that we still belong.

Once you become aware of this, you get to decide if you’re ready to be true to yourself - and to the truth that dwells in your heart.

You have a choice: to walk
the path of belonging - or the path of truth

My truth is that I am a medicine woman. I’ve been through my own process of embracing this - having grown up in a loving home where I learned to be successful by traditional standards. Being a medicine woman doesn’t exactly fit the mold.

A few years go, I started expressing spontaneous mudras (hand movements) while in plant medicine ceremony. In 2022, at a retreat, unusual sounds burst out of me. With the encouragement of people I love and trust, I started to work with them as a stream of healing energy.

Many call this light language. I also like to call it language of the soul. Or sacred sounds.

Light Language is a vibration -
a frequency that attunes you to your soul, to your higher self.

Because we can’t understand the words, we’re able to receive it better. When you hear light language, just focus and receive the vibrational frequency.

More and more people around the world are starting to bring through their own sacred sounds. When expressed from the heart, they support healing.

Many who teach about light language say we’re channeling it from star beings. This may be true for others, but this doesn’t feel true in my case.

The sounds started to express through me as part of the process of healing a past life trauma when I was a pre-Hispanic Andean medicine woman. I feel like the sounds are hers - which means they are mine. They are the sounds of my soul.

I share this video as a declaration of who I really am
and for everybody who needs some encouragement
to walk the path of their truth and express their gifts.

In my work, I offer light language to guests at our private retreats and in women’s healing circles.

And, for clients who would like to receive it, I may bring light language through at the end of a Family Constellation to untangle energies that are stuck and as a blessing for the family system.
