1. Intention Mapping
We’ll map out your intentions for our time together and the ways in which you suppress your gifts, talents, desires, and authentic self. We’ll identify the thoughts, beliefs, behaviors and patterns that you want to release and those that you want to fill up with. Tapping into the wisdom of your womb and the truth in your heart, we’ll access your inner world to understand what aspirations lie beneath the surface — as well as the internal barriers which are getting in your way.
2. Befriend the Resistance in Your Body & Mind
True transformation happens when all parts of the body and mind are on board. We’ll use body-based somatic work — tapping into sensations in your body — to work with deep-rooted fears held in your nervous system that keep you stuck.
3. Heal the Relationship with your Female Lineage to Express Your Feminine Gifts
Most of us think our problems start with us, but often they’re the result of unconscious entanglements with your family and past generations. When you find peace with your mother and your female lineage, you open yourself up to the gifts of the Feminine: creativity, intuition, pleasure, magnetism, radiance.
Using Family Constellations, somatic practices and other transformational tools, we’ll identify where the flow of the feminine was damaged or interrupted within you and in your female lineage. You’ll receive healthy feminine energy of your lineage and support of your empowered female ancestors.
4. Heal the Relationship with your Male Lineage to Take Your Place in the World
By healing your father wounding and your relationship with his lineage, you receive the confidence and decisiveness of the Masculine and feel safe to be yourself. Using meditations, visualizations, Family Constellations and other tools, you’ll build inner strength and gain more clarity and focus to create what you came here to share in the world.
5. Live in Balance - Expressing Your Feminine Radiance
Over the course of our 3 months together, you’ll build new practices and ways of being into your daily life to support you in the full expression of your Feminine in balance with your inner Masculine.

Six 1-on-1 Online Sessions
From anywhere on the globe, we’ll connect via Zoom in 90-minute sessions that combine energy healing and ancestral work with coaching and somatic body-based techniques to give you a truly holistic mind-body-spirit approach to expressing all of who you are.
Individually-Tailored Practices
& Between-Session Support
I’ll provide you with personalized practices to help you integrate what we did in each session.
These can include customized rituals, visualizations, journaling prompts, self-care practices, etc.
As you work with these tools, I’m available between sessions by email & Voxer to support you with integration and accountability.
Family & Ancestral Healing
While most of us think our problems start with us, often the things that keep repeating and that we’ve tried to address over and over are the result of entanglements and unconscious loyalties with past generations.
We’ll drop into the quantum field using Family Constellations, to explore the deep, unconscious dynamics in your family and ancestry. This will support you to be free of the unprocessed trauma of your lineage.
