You’ll receive a holistic mind-body-spirit approach to reclaiming all parts of yourself so that you feel empowered and safe to share your full self in the world. Modalities may include womb healing and activation, talk coaching, nervous system integration, family & ancestral healing, and light language healing with sacred sound frequencies.
