What my viral IG reels taught me... Two reels. 344K views. One realization.

There’s (another) shift happening for me, and I’d love to share it with you. A few months ago, I wrote that I was in a process of shedding and becoming, practicing aligning with the Divine.

Social media - oddly enough - was part of that process. I started using Instagram in January in part to discover what wanted to come through me. Initially, it felt natural to share about recovering from people pleasing, since that was my own path to empowerment.

But a couple of reels came out of that were different. I recorded them to inspire women to use our voices, to say things that might be unpopular. To model what it looks like to speak the truth in a grounded way, and be willing to be criticized for it.

The Reels That Shifted Things

The first reel was on geoengineering: “chemtrails.” I see them constantly in the big open skies of Taos, and they concern me. When researchers fly through these plumes, they find aluminum, barium, and other heavy metals. I was raising questions about what that's doing to our air, water, soil, to declining populations of birds, bats, bees - and to us. You can watch it here

The second reel raised questions about the pandemic. I believe everyone did their best. I also believe there was manipulation, suppression of debate and an unhealthy push to “trust the experts” vs. trusting our inner knowing. With that one, I was stepping into a minefield, but I felt good about how I delivered it. Watch it here.

Both reels went viral. Over six months, I went from 600 followers to 6,000.

What I Realized

Meanwhile, my people pleasing content generated a lot less interest and started to feel a little empty to me. I realized the course I'd outlined to address the roots of people pleasing was something I could've built two years ago.

I believe we all have a soul mission, and I'm starting to sense mine is different than I thought.

The release of the Epstein Files reinforced something I'd already started to feel — that there's a pattern of deception many of us have been living inside of, not just in government, but in media, education, health, and beyond.

This isn't to say everyone in these systems is "bad," or even aware of what's happening. I spent years in advertising selling processed foods for companies like PepsiCo and Kraft. That didn't make me a bad person. It made me unaware of the spells I was under.

I've come to believe that it’s vital that our power structures - built on domination, exploitation, and entitlement - give way to something more balanced. And we can facilitate that by questioning everything.

Where This Is Going

So that's where I'm turning my focus now. I'll keep asking questions. I'm also going to start teaching how these spells, as I call them, live inside our bodies. Spells like victimization, suppressing our own voice, and disconnection from our bodies and the Earth. (People pleasing is a part of this)

Deception isn't just something "they" do to us from the outside. It lives inside us  - in the lies we're living without even realizing it.

One more shift: I'm being guided to include men. I believe balance on this planet only happens when both women and men are in their true power, aligned with divinity, not the forceful, harmful power currently running our world.

I don't know yet exactly what this looks like in terms of offerings — that's still unfolding. Podcasts, speaking, with some workshops along the way feel like part of it, but I'm letting it reveal itself rather than forcing a plan. Meanwhile, I’m still available for 1:1 sessions - including somatic coaching and family constellations

If you'd like to join me on this exploration, stay tuned.
