What if Your Ancestors were Badasses?
My ancestors are badass. Seriously. Yours are too. I’m sure of it.
As I prepare for a pilgrimage to Scotland, I’ve been going deep into healing of my ancestral lineage.
The ancestral guides on my father’s father’s side appear to me high on rocky cliffs with crashing waves below. They’re in the British Isles - probably Scotland. They were tribal leaders back around 775 BC.
I’ve received few details of what happened to my people over the past 2800 years. But I strongly feel the energy of this line. And it’s just so powerful. These people knew who they were. They knew their North Star. They were strong, on purpose, honorable and brave.
Generally, I talk more about ancestral burdens than I do about blessings - because Family Constellations are all about helping you resolve the family baggage you carry. The grief that shows up as addiction. The financial scarcity. The fear you can’t explain.
But the gift of connecting with the ancestors is that we get to reclaim lineage power, wisdom and blessings. Good health, creativity, musical talent. Intelligence, courage, playfulness. Ease in connecting with intuition, people, plants. And in my case, the gift of Inner Authority.
We all have great, noble ancestors in addition to those who lived mundane or painful lives. We can easily open to the goodness from our well and healthy ancestors - especially after healing the inherited traumas that get in the way.
If you’re ready to resolve invisible blocks and imbalances that hold you back and open up to a river of blessings flowing your way, I have a few slots for Constellations available over the next two weeks before I fly to Scotland!

“I'm actually noticing life - always a reflection of what we believe and think inside - is already showing up so differently for me. It's twofold - the issue that we worked on feeling really healed, but it's also the effect of connecting with my ancestors that has been really powerful for me. I've never felt any emotional or energetic tie or connection to them, and I can see how much that has been such a loss in my life up until now. Thank you again for this deep and amazing work."
